Through prayer, devotion, and a renewed hunger for understanding her purpose, Chennel discovered that she was created to create, to multiply, and to pour into at least one person with what she had. She realized that financial dominion is not about how much you possess it is about how well you steward what God has placed in your hands. Like the servant with one talent, she learned that multiplication begins with mindset, obedience, and alignment.

Her journey revealed a powerful truth: Knowing God as your Source is not a shortcut. It is a responsibility. It does not replace hard work, strategy, or systems it elevates them. It demands stewardship, discipline, and a willingness to partner with God in the practical and the spiritual.

The Devotional Path to Financial Dominion is the fruit of that transformation. In these pages, Chennel guides readers through the same process that reshaped her life excavating limiting beliefs, embracing God ordained identity, and building the systems, strategies, and relationships necessary to multiply what you have. Her story is proof that dominion is scalable: whether you have little or much, God can breathe on it when you steward it well.

Today, Chennel teaches, writes, and leads with the conviction that every believer is called to walk in purpose, clarity, and financial dominion. Her life is a witness to what becomes possible when identity is restored, faith is activated, and stewardship becomes a lifestyle.

Chennel “CJ” is an attorney, United States veteran, and faith based strategist whose life embodies the very message she teaches: identity in God is the foundation of true dominion spiritually, personally, and financially.

Born in Jamaica and migrating to the United States in the third grade, Chennel learned early that education was the pathway to opportunity. She pursued it relentlessly, earning her Bachelor’s degree and later her Juris Doctorate in law. For years, it seemed like the perfect formula for financial security. Yet the opportunities she expected did not unfold the way she imagined. The degrees, the discipline, the sacrifice none of it produced the outcome she believed it would.

This unexpected gap between effort and outcome became the beginning of her excavation.

As a veteran who had already learned resilience, structure, and service, Chennel found herself in a new kind of battle one that required surrender instead of striving. She began confronting the mindsets, belief systems, and inherited narratives that quietly shaped her financial decisions and limited her results. In that vulnerable place of unlearning, she returned to the true source of her identity: God.

It was there that everything shifted.
